If it is simple country living that you yearn for, then you won’t
want to miss the caring comfort at this rustic home away from
home.  Several bedrooms and a loft are available as well as
cabin space and camping.  There are trails for hiking and a
labyrinth to walk, beautiful fragrant gardens to stimulate the
senses, a great library to inspire thinking, and a loving caring
atmosphere to ease the stress of hectic lives.  Our goal is to
create a fun environment so you’ll also find fishing, croquet, ping
pong, dominoes, board games, and more.  Starry skies, amazing
sunsets, and bird calls are graciously provided by nature.
Ma Parker, your host, will greet you with cookies and tea at
check in time and is also happy to feed you healthy meals when
ordered a week prior to arrival.  A community herbalist for over
30 years and professor of family studies, she also offers
educational consultations and classes to those interested in
taking greater responsibility for their own health and well being.
In addition to individual stays, the facility is also available for
groups, meetings, reunions, and weddings.  This is a unique
experience where the value of retreat lies in its ability to find, not
escape, reality.
